Fallon Jethroe (she/her) is the Founder & Talent Manager of Hello Fallon Entertainment (HFE), a Los Angeles-based production company and talent management firm combining Fallon’s nearly 20 years of experience producing award-winning unscripted television and her passion for pop culture and cultivating talent. Fallon currently serves on The Podcast Academy Board of Governors

At HFE, Fallon leads development on a slate of unscripted TV and podcast projects and manages a roster of talent, including Adrienne “Gammy” Banfield Norris. In addition to HFE, Fallon was most recently an executive producer and creative executive for Westbrook Entertainment, founded by Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. 

While at Westbrook, Fallon oversaw the podcast division and served as an executive producer on “POSITIVELY GAM”, “LET’S RED TABLE THAT”,  “RED TABLE TALK (Webby nominated Podcast)” and “NAVIGATING NARCISSISM”, which was nominated for Best Wellness & Relationship Podcast at the Podcast Academy’s 2023 The Ambies Awards.
